Don’t know what it’s like in other offices, we’ve been 100% solid since the strikes started but a third are going to work Thursday/Friday!!! Once that happens I can see the following week being at least 50-60% going in.
100% solid strike in our office and it will be later this week as well, despite a handful being non union members. Even they aren't crossing the picket line.
Royal Mail must commit to prioritising the removal of all agency staff before voluntary redundancies take place and confirm they will not hire new entrants across the business to replace existing workers who decide to take voluntary redundancy.
After the CWU has now hung angard workers out to dry and abandoned them, even union members, they will now be crossing the picket line, and can you blame them?
This dispute is all but finished now the way it has been mismanaged and a travesty with the biggest mandate in history lost

i dont see the logic there ? i am not a strikebreaker and never wil be , if enough people say they refuse to work with them what will they do suspend 75% of the office fook em = you pays your money you take your chances !!
You are not only gambling with your job, but also open up yourself to criminal charges. And yes, they will suspend in a heartbeat in the current climate.
