About quality of service anymore?
A walk in my office couldn't be covered recently so it was taken out by a combination of managers and drivers. They left all packets on top of the frame (1st class, recorded, etc etc), pulled out all recorded letters and anything remotely bulky. Usually they'd try to hide such blatant willful delay (that ordinary postmen would be SACKED for immediately!!!) but now it seems that nobody cares. I keep reading in the courier about competition and how we need to show how good we are but it seems we're a shambles.
I took some pictures of course but it's happening on a regular basis now. Besides, who could I report it to that gives a flying you know what?

Does anybody have the contact details for IB - invite them down ( or suggest that they come in to work as a new starter ), and it would soon stop.....I reckon the mere suggestion would s**t them right up!FellChair wrote:About quality of service anymore?

Better still: Don't tell them a thing. Just call in IB, and let them get caught red handed.smokerjim wrote:Does anybody have the contact details for IB - invite them down ( or suggest that they come in to work as a new starter ), and it would soon stop.....I reckon the mere suggestion would s**t them right up!FellChair wrote:About quality of service anymore?

As for the question of who cares: This thread is already showing that there are a LOT of us (in fact the majority in my experience), who care a great deal about quality of Service.
