Wot gave you the idea i was "FEARFULL" of you or your members in YOUR office Big Daz?????Big Daz wrote:Nothing to fear from me or the members in my office Tommo
I will be making sure my office gets a good deal out of pegasus and ensuring flexibility is implemented in line with the area guidelines that were negotiated by my area/sub area delivery reps which in my personal opinion are superior to the national aggrement.
Once job and finish is laid to rest, proably later this year all the whippets in my office and the start early people will be starting on time and compared to their current olympic athlete speed they currently work at will be having a nice relaxing sunday afternoon stroll on delivery.
Reading on here about what happens in offices around the country and comparing to my office, i think cwu members at my office are very lucky indeed.
If you run a tight ship with Good members then good for you... More power to THERE elbows...
I DONT just talk from a DELIVERY background i talk from both DO & MC.. which has a different approach to AG workers... As to AG excisting anymore.. THEY DO IN MC's.. OPG'S and AG's...
It effects alot more the MC worker and no doubt the RDC or coders...? But i do know the DO's with P/T workers are in the end only helping cut a devide which helps only RM and not the average wage of the F/T worker.... Its on the slippery slope to the "RACE TO THE BOTTOM" That has been a figure and watch word of a HQ member...
OUT :cfo :lfo Yep.. I blame these two!!! AGAIN,,,,
