We've heard we won't be getting any Christmas stamps . As far as I'm concerned RM can poke them where the sun doesn't shine .Simon Thompson is now doing so much damage that a number of people I know have told me they no longer care about the company . As others have previously pointed out, one of the £100 bonuses is ours as of right, the other is discretionary and could be reduced or even withdrawn altogether and stamps the same.

Yes ,we've heard the same thing in our MC . No Christmas stamps , No Christmas bonus and casuals given overtime before full time staff . Also PT staff will not be temporally made up to FT over the Christmas pressure period . However I think this has backfired because it's only made people more angry and determined to take further industrial action if required .

It is happening where i’am too but im pretty sure it is breaking some kind of employment laws isn’t it?

Same here. Absolutely zero goodwill here. The begging from managers here has already ramped up and it’s not really hit the full on period yet.

Pro rata after tax I don’t even think my bonus gets into 3 figures so RM can shove it.

My family members work for the nhs and at the moment they are begging them to do extra hours and are tempting them with double time on all shifts with a day in lieu extra leave, seems like we are going full circle where companies will bring back extra rates for overtime,just keep telling them to shove it and the worker always wins.

Overtime don't make a pension a basic rise in basic pay does all the top bosses get an increase why not the people at the front line?

The amount of people playing the system with sick leave, why should Royal Mail pay out on Xmas bonuses?

Scrap the Xmas bonus all together and replace it with a yearly bonus, reducing the bonus amount with any sick leave taken. Reward the workers for a change.
