Yes but thats what they deserve ,the dockers deserve 18% and got it ,i'm sure unite would get us at least 12% no strings because that's what we deserve and we would never agree to 5.5 .

TWO separate ballots and strikes based on those ballots we could agree one but what good will that do us all. Change will happen but an agreed change is better than an enforced one. As to change it is not a free for all for the board of royal mail we need this action on the 24th 25th and beyond to get them to negotiate a deal.
