Ive had enough of the games that RM play and the lack of bite from the Union.. I have been lied to and bullshited for most of the time ive been with RM and its come to a head now after 3 years n more of a H&B case thru to a CofC case Finishing with a Ill health retirement case against me.. I won my appeal and but STILL RM wont give me my F.T Job back... Only offer me a P.T. job as a way of the NEW FLEXABILITY used in RM now...

Came in just lovely for the bastards to use this in favour of cutting duties and jobs.. FLEXABILITY!!!!

They tried to sack me three times and failed... I proved all times they were wrong.. But STILL the union from HQ and members from the PEC ive met STILL dont think ive got a case... I was told (but not to be quoted) I was the wrong colour, gender, sexual orientation, and im NOT disabled so the chances of me winning a IT or anything in those relms are not worth taking on as a Union matter... Cost too much!!! So i still take RM on and even with out a job.. ( Friday RM pull the plug on my P.T. offer) So i will be paid off and on the scrap heap thanks to a ATOS Dr who saw me for 15 mins and EVEN with evidence to show RM was the cause of my absence and my Own Dr had a differ of opinion to RM and The ATOS GP.. It took them (RM) till they sack me then under appeal to offer me a joke of P.T. work... I see independant Legal advice now as I have an IT brought by myself after im told "I WONT WIN." By Union people this is... My Brief has given me more advice in 3 hrs than the union legal bods have in over 13 years.....

Its not just a matter of MONEY.. But THANKS BILLY for ALL THE LIEBOUR COFFERS YOU FILL.. While Union members like Big Dave and the Burlsem boys n girls have been chucked from pillow to post.. Good for them they have shamed the likes of you at HQ in to doing something for em as they are a staunch bunch and proud... Its a honour to know em!!!! I feel let down personally and for people like Big Dave.... It might not be the same for you but this is how i find myself...
The backing from HQ... Its all. " well you do this and you do that.." Never.. "WE WILL DO AND DONT WORRY WE'VE DONE THAT." Only "U have to see your branch and let them sort it..." I have SOME faith in my branch with SOME good people there but it seems there hands are tied as people above them just want the glory and the big limelight of the PEC or conference... This is the only time you hear them stand n be counted... NOT GOOD ENOUGH...

If this Union is to be based on Rank n file members as it should.. Then the power has to taken from the HQ and given to the Branches across these lands... Let members control there own areas fully!!!!! Now i know this could divide us as it is and has... But if as Burlsem have shown.. With a staunch 100 or so can beat all the HQ confrence bashers n flag wavers AND political unionists and a leg up the ladder merchants.. Burslem show a uniity and togetherness...

If i had the backing of People like Burslem at my office then it might be a different thing????

Its just to diverse and fragmented in my MC... And in my opinion.. So many people have been thru or up to an IT for it to be qwashed or just bullied out of..

RM have plenty of issues and people they have thrown on the scrap heap in one way and another...

Will one day the people who pull the RM strings be taking into account of the things they do????

I hope so but i dont think they will.........?

My fight still goes on with a lack of belief from My union i back 100%

Hey tommo, at least youv'e done the right thing by getting an outside leagle eagle involved. The one thing iv'e told people for years is dont f**k about with the w*****s inside rm because half the time they are worse than useless. Things only start to move when you get outside leagal bods invoved. Thats why rm do everything they can to put you off doing it. The dom in our office has been done twice in the civil courts but had the people concerned not taken it outside they would have been sacked no questions asked. Your right about the burslem guy's but the sad truth is most offices have a number of spineless w*****s in them hence the s**t rm get away with. I'm still trying to find someone in our office that voted yes but they have not got the guts to admit it. Now you have someone from outside involved i'm optomistic you''ll have your day and more power to ya.

I hope... HOPE to have some kind of break thru with Simpson and Miller... Got to meet and discuss my case with them as i got a Letter today... THANK FECK!!! Now that ive seen a Brief as well out of my own money on friday (My last day of my appeal , as my MCM said) I havee been given advice from Proffesional people now and i hope this will kick the Union up the arse into doing something... I hope it turns out like this but after 3 years of fighting ANYTHING could happen... Its a drawn out very fragmented case with H&B rife all the way thru this and mis use of the CODE of CONDUCT against me and Discrimination as well... In my opinion..... I hope the people involved can read this and see if your inner self worth pr**s ur conscience at all??? Then u will see how you have acted thru out!!! But i dont hold my breath....
