That's what I thought, just edited my above comment works out we're actually on about £13.87 per hour taking the breaks into consideration

And they will be back for us in 6-12 months time to get us down to the same pay levels as new entrants.

That's the plan so we cannot let them do this can we!

Why would anybody new want to work for that pittance, when Aldi pay £11 p.h outside of London, normally get 10% discount too, and extra discount at Christmas!
