Well, we didn't even implement the last revision. It was a complete shambles! It could be year 2052 before a revision is implemented for all we know!

You can give us a 2% lump sum payment without a local revision, as you could simply delay and delay and delay that. You are incompetent at revisions. Plus - you will likely make our rounds ridiculously long and bring in a rule where we have to complete each and every day.
