It’s no better than the 1st offer. Interesting that they plan on opening every office on the next strike days, they must think they will get enough people to cross. I doubt it somehow.

High inflation and the cost of living crisis is going to stay with us for some time, this new offer is a joke. Don't believe him on anything about non-compulsory Sundays, last letter delivered before 5pm and being family friendly....mission creep will make any promises worthless by the time they do what they want to. This two-tier workforce is looking even more miles apart than I thought previously. They might have the RM badge but they may as well be gig-economy cannon fodder.
