Urgent CWU members meeting today at 1pm:CWU Withdraws Strike Action for Next Two Weeks

As I have said before I have no faith that the current CWU leadership are actually up to the job. That said, the only options that we have are to support them fully or else simply roll over and accept whatever RM want to throw at us for the next few years.

We deserve far better than Dave Ward and his cronies, but for now we must back him in the fight against RM.

Can we announce strikes for everyone out Friday, Saturday, Monday every week until Xmas? Obviously they will have to cancel the other functional strikes planned.

With SISO coming in tomorrow, I think people would prefer strikes to be around the weekend?

Part of the reason for the rolling functional strikes was so everyone only lost one days pay - they know everyone losing three days a week isnt feasible for long
