Why announce new strike dates in the midst of assisted negotiation with ACAS?
Simon has actually been more quiet and not provocative since the ACAS talks started.
Strike, strike and more strike from the CWU as if we will ever recover from the loss!
The changes will still come... The Union is digging its own grave!
Just because we're now at ACAS (and negotiations might be going well) it's not a time to simply call off all IA in the hope that ST sees sense and makes some sensible compromises. As previously mentioned this has happened in the past and once RM got that Cease Fire they then renaged on it, giving them a 14 window before the CWU could take more IA.
