If it's your real name why did you call him a name whilst we are on strike. Not only is it against the rules of RMC, but it's also inadvisable to publicly engage in behaviour that can be considered bullying and harassment, especially here where managers, including senior managers, lurk. We don't ban name-calling on RMC to be joy killers but to protect RMC and its members.

Disagree with him, just don't name-call on here.

We also recommend people use pseudonyms for their own security. My real name is not TBT although senior managers are well aware of who I am.

I would hardly call ‘dunderhead’ an offensive term.

I did not say it was offensive, I deleted it because of the namecalling was aimed at an individual and therefore it could be considered Bullying and harassment by Royal mail.

I do notice that like many others when challenged you ignore the reasons why I deleted the post and are offended when I merely try to do my best to protect all members and RMC.

But if your desire to post an opinion with name-calling is more important to you than allowing other members to use this site as a resource then, please, set up your own site and set the rules, or lack of them. You seem to be very concerned about Scottish independence despite nothing being mentioned in the article about it. We need all the support we can get and your paranoid rant is of no help. Better use your energy elsewhere rather than having a go at folk on here.
