Who ever wrote that likes to use 'I' a lot , surely if it was official there would be reference to RM ?
The language used appears to be too similar to other evidence coming from different offices for it to be a single rogue manager.

Whether this guy has taken it to extremes is something we'll probably all find out soon.

Have COMS suddenly gone on courses to allow them to interpret and act on all this data they have?

Thanks clashcityrocker.

This leads to more questions

How is the weighted item per working hour calculated?
Is there a median for an 8 hour day?

ghosting will never ever stop
the fact is be it dom/dim/com-dom or whatever they are called now is they will be under pressure to clear a certain % and we have quite a few that won't actually do overtime if it means them actually doing overtime :left:
i welcome an overtime ban, but expected it to come from the cwuseless not rm!
jeez we are way behind the eight ball even though most could see it coming weeks back

Surely got to be a national thing rather than pertinent to one office. If not then a manager has gone out on a limb using executive action to conduct people using data!

No overtime in the lead-up to Christmas :Applause.

It’s clear that the intention is to run the company into the ground while forcing any “legacy” workers out of the door. This will be achieved through bullying, excessive workloads and made-up statistics.

The long-term aim is that of venture capitalists everywhere - to separate the profitable and non-profitable parts of the business. At the moment there are two perceived non-profitable elements; delivering letters, and the staff. Staff will leave en masse and be replaced by temps on worse conditions. Letters will be delivered irregularly with parcels prioritised.

Expect further attacks on our T&Cs. Paid breaks will go soon.

Wipwh indoor has pretty straightforward calculation.
Outdoor it can only be accurate based on a Georoute revision afaik, because without that they don't know how long a delivery should take.

I could be wrong. Not many people know the detail behind wipwh.

It’s clear that the intention is to....
I think the intention is to force the CWU to call off the strikes in November.

There's no way they can do deals with one individual to ghost while saying to another you will be given extra work if you come back early. Local managers want ghosting, senior managers do not.

Happens every day in my office. I argue but the union rep says docket is available to everyone.

Our worst 'ghoster' who usually is able to finish within his time, and that's including any extra that he takes on as a wee overtime deal, suddenly couldn't complete today on a normal-ish kind of day. Why? Because no overtime is allowed!!! He brought back stuff :d'oh! This from a guy who is NEVER over his time!!! Because he couldn't get his own way he threw a little tantrum!!

Yes ghosting goes on in my office too but the people who don't want the overtime are not required to work till time. Take away the incentive from one then you can't keep it for another

What will he say when the dom pulls out his PDA actuals and shows that he completed easily on similar traffic days?

can't quote above post together, but yes, even with the new signing in/out pda's some are booking 3hrs for half of duty extra and leaving same time as us at regular knock off time, adhoc payment made bypassing the signing off pda
