Must be an area thing , just checked my payslip and have only been deducted 1 days pay despite doing both days strikes.

You should have had no deductions then.

They shouldn't be deducting money, if you are on annual leave booked before the strikes were announced. My understanding was you couldn't book annual leave for the strike days.

Same in our office. Looks like everyone has had last Thursday deleted and also Tuesday this week. The cut off to enter pay details is always noon on Tuesday so they wouldn’t know who was at work or not on the later shifts.

The union have given us all a grievance form to fill in as Tuesdays strike should not have been deleted from pay until next week
