The fact that people are arguing over a how much a days pay we lose over striking shows how s£!t our pay is to start with if you cant afford to lose a days pay. Nobody in the workplace in any industry should be that close to the knuckle full stop. We fight on.

Need to escalate to win. I don't agree with the rolling strikes where we cross picketlines, but if that's what they've gone with why not back to back without stop?
We should go out 3 days, 4 days, all out in November up to cyber monday, and put that strike fund to use to make it feasible.
I know the usual concerns, "the members can't afford it", but we need to do what we can to win. My worry is that a rolling strike per week won't crack Royal Mail, if it does, I don't think it will produce the deal we need.
