From what ive been tols it measures how long youve 'worked' not start/finish times ( ie as long as youve done your contracted hours within that 24hour period then they are happy)

Book room told me the siso app is for the PDAs that will be on the new sign in desks, ignore it on the one you use when out. it's just there like the RO+N; used when needed

Royal mail have asked to extend talks to include the whole of next week.

They have said they will make a fresh offer on pay next week believed to be a two year offer.

I did say little...

Simon has said there is no fresh pay offer on the table-He wants to go to ACAS.

I was there at the start - to explain our business reality - and also answer some very reasonable - strategic questions that the CWU had - and I dropped in at the end of the day - to see how things had moved on - and I agreed I would not post anything on Workplace about what had happened in the room - which I didn't - I just said we would be talking again on Wednesday - and this is why - letters like this - are unhelpful (From Plymouth branch)- and we cannot accept written documents - that are not reflective of what we know - we really need to go to ACAS.....

if a pay offer was going to be made - I would know - and I don't agree that the other points - are disputable - but lets leave it there for now....

not true - we have not said we are going to give a pay offer next week - what we have said - is we are open to going to ACAS next week (subject to how tomorrow goes) - and I have always said the more change (no upper limit) the more pay - and 2% was a down payment - and you all deserve more…..

I would know if we had said - we were making a revised pay offer - next week - when I saw the letter I rang my team - who were in the room all day - to double check what was said - and this is why the letter is unhelpful - it really irritated me - we spoke about rebuilding trust during the meeting - and now this….

so that is clearly the strategy - (Being all over social media) and I wonder why - CWU want to spread the ‘new offer next week’ untruth among the membership? - I will speak to my team in the morning - before they enter the meeting room - time to reflect….

No chance, if anyone really did tell you that shite I hope you didn't actually believe it, so I could turn up when the do opens, sign in then not do anything until my start time an hour later and they'd count that as working !

No chance, if anyone really did tell you that shite I hope you didn't actually believe it, so I could turn up when the do opens, sign in then not do anything until my start time an hour later and they'd count that as working !

Well seems as I was told by the regional manager, my Com and the floating Com, I tend to think thats what the plan is. I think in your example they would find work for you to do.
