LGBTQIA+
What does this actually mean?
I know quite a few gay men and women and they are embarrassed by this. They also find it amusing at the men/women who don't know what gender they are.
Oh, they know what gender they are. It seems that everyone else has a problem with them identifying as they want to. That is where the real issue is, and being gay doesn’t make you any less of an asshole if you find that amusing.
Read what I said.
I have and responded in kind. If an abbreviation makes you uncomfortable, I don’t know what to say really, but it covers all the bases, so I used it. As I said, being gay doesn’t make you suddenly exempt from being an ass if you have a problem with people identifying how they wish.
You cannot identify as you wish. If you have a cock you're a Man. If you have a vagina, you're a Woman. There are a lot of gay Men/Women who disagree with your thinking.
Yes, and they are arseholes.

I disagree! The minority who are making things up are the arseholes.

Lets nip this debate in the bud, it never ends well for all involved.
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

So if someone voted No, then I take it they’ve left the CWU?
Why would they?
What’s the point of being in a union you don’t listen to.
They recommend to take the deal.
If you vote No then obviously you don’t trust them?

I voted yes. We are not getting anything better and I’m not losing anymore money when others don’t strike and will eventually get what we get whilst losing zero.

A lot of people are in the union just for the backup if they f*ck up at work. This is the only thing so far that's keeping me from leaving but that may change at some point.

Understandable.
People who vote no should really start looking for different employment as they obviously ain’t happy in the job.
Doing a job that you’re not happy doing is not good.

I had 30 years of it.

Whatever the result, it will be deliveries that have accepted or rejected it. With MC and RDC staff being outnumbered by at least 2:1 (got to be at least 3:1 by now), what we thin doesn't matter

You really don't understand this do you?
MCs don't vote as a block.
Deliveries don't vote as a block.
Members will have accepted or rejected it.
Where they work is irrelevant.

You're the one who doesn't understand it. If enough delivery staff vote for one option, then even all RDC and MC staff voting for the other option won't make any difference. It's not rocket science :cuppa

They might be voting on different things?

Someone in delivery might be set against later starts/finishes, but that might not bother an MC worker.
