It's called HCT support if you have a revision you need to insist on these duties/hours being put back in

We have to at ours - bag drops not an option/not available...
I didn’t think bag drops were a think now as who decides if it’s secure?
The bags are dropped out to where the postie is

Call your GP, tell them what is happening at your DO. If you live in an area with postie neighbours they will sign you off until you are given IHR.

Without drop off boxes, the whole dropping off/replenishing more work to someone else doesn't work. We tried it before and you need to be in perfect sync with each other, which never happens.

Works perfectly at ours. Replenishment driver covers 6 HCT duties. Takes out the oversize parcels for those 6 duties and drops out bags when the HCT needs to be replenished. They just call the driver about 10 minutes before they need the bag. Used to do one of the duties for a short time about 5 years ago and never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for the bag.

Probably IHR for them.
Or a move to mail center as we are in it together, I’m sure they be willing opg who’d swap place :nervous
Not a chance. All the "DDA duties" are already spoken for and we've not had any new staff member since the start of Covid. When anyone leaves for whatever reason, they get replaced with a casual.

asking for my son - is this agency staff then? If so, what agency?

How do they call the driver? On their own phones? Not using mine to do THEIR (RM) job for them !

It'll be fairly easy to programme in your managers no's? Or you're manager will just call you each day to ask you were you want the van to meet you.
