If it was that easy half our office would be gone

You must not be that bad then 3/4 of our office has gone in the last 10 years not all on IHR some just left!

Thanks to Simon Thompson's enforced changes it's only going to get worse .Thanks to people like him the company is being deliberately run into the ground .
