Not sure that's the way in now in the UK, I doubt the likes of Amazon treats it's workers fairly but they seem to be doing OK!

Pay peanuts get monkeys people will leave in droves if the T&C's have gone but do RM care the fines are not big enough nor are the sanctions the directors should pay the fines and be band from being a director chairman or CEO for life.
