What happens in offices that work 6 day weeks for 5 weeks and have the 6th week off as leave as none of these break up into Summer Winter and Spring thirds divide between 6 I do appreciate there aren't many that work this shift pattern but there are still some.

Probably more like it it's a small percentage of offices so they will be sacrificed for the "Greater Good" and I have zero faith it will work in any Employees favour and end up with people owed hours they will never ever be able to take as leave because there isn't an office in the country that is fully staffed

In MCs the difference would all have to be at the start of the shift as shifts end when dispatches go out, unless they made the dispatches later, which then risks the lorries getting stuck in traffic and arriving at the DOs later

That’s not how it works to be fair

You would use less of your entitlement when taking leave in the summer as it’s calculated in hours not days or weeks
They could not calculate between Uranus and the Moon!
