No
Disciplinary can be any sanction up to dismissal
That is why you have to be specific on the ballot paper/unless you list all disciplinary possible sanctions

Wrong
Dismissal/termination of employment is included in the disciplinary procedure
Termination of employment is full disciplinary
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

Will repeat
Reps have their own separate disciplinary process with the National Appeals Panel (NAP)
If unsuccessful the next step is an Employment Tribunal, not a trade dispute

Anyone know if we'll get sacked for striking on 24th Dec?
Anyone posting here with employment law "expertise", any idea?

It will be easy to show your proof that says it is impossible for a trade union to call strike action in support of dismissed reps then
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

You need to grow up and refrain from the pit bull attack dog mentality. Is shows a major character flaw of Narcissism
And to think people trust these individual to represent them?

Royal Mail workers are living in a 1970s dream world.
The CWU union has the company on a cliff edge – they seem intent on gleefully nudging it over…
Daily telegraph. The PR is an important tool. I wonder how much RM paid for this story!

Probably on the house as an apology for the Torygraph letting the war chest cat out of the proverbial bagFilthyBloke wrote: ↑29 Mar 2023, 17:14Royal Mail workers are living in a 1970s dream world.

That is shocking reporting and very irresponsible and couldn't be further from the truthFilthyBloke wrote: ↑29 Mar 2023, 17:14Royal Mail workers are living in a 1970s dream world.

Redlen gives credit to the BBC.redlen wrote: ↑28 Mar 2023, 17:07Will give credit to the BBC in that they would have contacted Royal Mail press dept as a matter of professional courtesy. Enabling to comment prior to publication with a draft copy of the article to rebut any allegationstoonshola wrote: ↑28 Mar 2023, 16:51More likely just a Journo getting confused with royal mails
Best and final offer before Xmas as it was very similar. Rumours and counter rumours are flying everywhere though and it’s well beyond time the union come out and give a detailed update of what went on in the talks, are we striking again and is the business really on the verge of admin? As Dave Ward loves to say “enough is enough”
Because they have given a full and impartial comment from both sides of this debate.
Or just contacted royal mail.
Give up len.
