Overtime ban

Won't be any OT in our office, won't be any staff the way the resignations are rolling in One of the perks of this job is the earlyish finish, take that away and might as well get a proper job with start and finish times and no grief about working for free when you have other plans.

Yes definitely true we were told today no o/t if going over time so we all left mail in frames also told if any mail brought back because it would take us over our time it would be a sackable offence

So if you leave stuff in frame it's fine, but if you take out more than you can manage, you'll be sacked for bringing extra back? That makes no sense.No mention of a ban here. The longer the dispute lasts the less confident I am that it can be resolved.

It's from a particular office but word is spreading it's a national thing.

You are not paid to forecast your duty. That's the gaffers job.

They will only screw themselves with this kind of behaviour and I’m here for it. One day in and managers were already trying to do ot deals. Not sure why they are so fussed about clearing if the order has come in from above.
