"Served notice bassed on the get out clause". Well that amounts to pretty much the same thing . Backing out of national agreements that were vital for change and modernisation . Like I said before , it's all about breaking up the company and destroying the union . Our new Czech overlord will lose a fortune in dividends and inherit a company riddled with debt. Simon Thompson kamikaze business plan is designed simply no more then to make a name for himself in the business world as the guy who broke the union. Right now the executive board and major shareholders need to be coming together to give Simon his P45 and a swift boot out the door. The guy is paid a £million a year and all he does is rant at trolls on social media!!

We fight, or we resign our selves to Simons vision for royal mail. A vision that ultimately doesn't include us working for royal mail, (well not under our current terms and conditions anyway) because we are paid far too well according to royal mail.
