if the union are powerless and after 12 weeks we can't strike anymore then what is the point, and the company can do what they want with us sign or leave , is this all about the union saving face for being weak and out of its depth pretending to us that these strikes are going to make a difference, when decisions may have already been made by the company, i would rather just get on with it and not lose money every week striking when there is no point if theres nothing the union can do to help us anyway
