I've read the bit about reduced hours a few times and don't get it. It's not written well at all. No mention of those that are not full time either.

It's mentioned in the full document that PT staff start 10 mins later.

There's no word on anything apart from yet another change in our hours, in the space of less than a month FT's have gone from working 24 mins longer to working 24 mins less, that's the best part of an hour each day, as work really dropped off that quickly at most DO's?

ive shown my family members and they cant believe how incompetent this company really is ,they done it to the post masters now their shafting the posties abetted by the union.

Next year by the looks of it. We are still owed 28 hours of time during the summer but in the future the earlier starts will only be for 5 weeks and not 14.

It does seem all of Thompsons stupid ideas are slowly being unpicked.

I had nearly every house today the last 2 Mondays have been very heavy. I doubt they can get more staff no one wants the job on those pay rates. All our new starts think they were only employed to deliver parcels.

It says 35hrs from 22nd Jan till 25th Feb 2024

Also says hours owed "should" show on PSP by end of March 2024, what if you want to use them instead of carrying them over?
