Well done to the scots, all my branch are interested in is how many jollies they can go on and how little work they can get away with, got my ballot paper today and put the X in the big NO box.
No box an yes box are same size
Whatever Aiden its going to be a big NO and then we will see what Dave and co are really made of ,will they be with us or not, interesting few weeks ahead.
Def interesting few weeks ahead will you be with dave an co if its a yes vote.or will you throw your toys out.either way ile still be a member if only for the protections especially legal one's no brainer.

Whatever happens after the vote i would expect resignations,if its close surely the top table couldn't continue knowing half your members have NO faith,if they were to resign i'd stay but i couldn't stay in a group who would throw all my rights away that would be madness,if they had left the ihr and sickness off the table and the members had agreed to go for hour change and pay i would of excepted that but not throwing the older and sometimes younger guy under a bus, its like world war one you will go over the top but not me sunshine its 2023 we have learnt a lot hopefully.

As I thought Tam Dewar / Kenny etc talk a good game but are paper tigers and long before this dispute were turning a blind eye to the use of unagreed software outside autoIWT and when we sent them the agreement they said they has never seen it before.

Hans Solo posts nothing but lies on this forum. He has been caught out in this thread, but he is doing so across this forum and the mods do not care. Treat anything he/she posts with caution.
