Doesn't matter how hard a hamster runs in its wheel ultimately it will still end up going nowhere! I am sure Ward and co have tried their best and put in a lot of effort. But the truth is they are out of their depth and need to move over for a stronger negotiating team!

I'm sorry, am I supposed to be grateful that the union does social media crap that other unions don't do? Majority of the unions know better than not to treat it's members like crap when saying they are voting against the deal or make complete asses of themselves in order to score brownie points (e.g Select committee sign). It's rich that they are bragging about the live sessions when majority of them are on whenever everyone is out at work. You may as well be better off just posting clips on whatever you want to say, you ain't even reaching the majority of the people you are even aiming at when you are going live so you are mostly free from criticism whilst on air.

The problem the union still isn't getting is that the members are not seeing any action being made after each update. At least last year you can make the argument that there was with the strike actions. But, since the beginning of the year, it's a lot of talking (?) but no bite. They have recently said they'll get the new start times to the members within a week but that was now near enough three weeks now. It's completely disorganised and the union are on the back foot in everyway now and members can see that. It's understandable why members are pissed off with them.

Everyone knows that the company isn't in any hurry to hire more people due to the fact that they've just released about 6000 staff members on VR with others leaving in drones and not even replacing them. That's basically admitting they done goofed in letting the VR staff leave and that the jobs are still essential to the business. And, from what the RM has said to the press abou the delays blaming it on the sick levels, IA and operational performances, they aren't going to do that. You can even look at the company's past actions as well. Just give your members the chance to vote and we'll deal with whatever comes next. Least you'll know where you stand in the company.
