It just goes to show how propaganda works people are already willing subconsciously to give up some terms and we haven't even striked yet or even given a date for the terms and conditions.

It depends how you view it. If they want Sunday working, they are going to have to trade it for whole weekends. Bit I’d say working 1 weekend in 4 is way better than what we have now for example.

Majority of us: We don’t want to work any Sundays at all, working Saturdays is bad enough.
Royal Mail: Ok, how’s about working 1 in 3 weekends.
