Re: IHR
They are trying to pull the wool over my eyes I looked at the agreement for IHR with a lump sum payment and it’s exactly what’s written on my report , my union rep is going into my office today and I emailed him my OH report so he could look at it, Im just waiting for him to get back to me and I will tell them they either give it to me or I will take the evidence to a tribunal

The amount of time of time you have off sick has no impact on the payment.Grads75 wrote: ↑09 Jan 2024, 09:38So it's still 28weeks pay taxed even if you have been off sick 6 monthP13 wrote: ↑09 Jan 2024, 09:07No, 16 weeks plus 12 weeks pilonGrads75 wrote: ↑09 Jan 2024, 06:38So In real terms if you have been off 6 month you only get 3 month pay off does this sound correct?Woody Guthrie wrote: ↑17 Jul 2023, 15:43There is no mention of any deduction of sick absence in the new agreement.

Re: IHR
My manager said I won’t get IHR because my report said I will be able to work again in the future which is IHR with a pension , I have been telling him for months I want IHR with a lump sum payment and I know I meet the criteria he is trying to get out of paying ,saying I won’t get it and offering me a compensation package which is lower is PILON of 12 weeks and annual leave but then he said they paid me my annual leave while I was sick.Royal Mail are a horrible company trying to get out of paying people what there owed.

Re: IHR
I just have a question to anyone who has got IHR with a lump sum payment. My last report says I can’t go back for the foreseeable future , there are no adjustments that can be made or a phased return to work be beneficial, I may return to work in the future after my surgery depending on how it goes but they can’t give a timescale. The union rep says thry won’t offer me IHR with a lump sum because it don’t say it in the report, did anyone get IHR with a similar report not stating IHR in there report lump sum payment only ?

i got the IHR lump sum and polin 1 month ago
i got my report emailed to me from Health Partners so if u need any help let me know
ive said it before and got shot down, but i firmly believe that its all down to your relationship with your DOM depending on what he will do, f***ing sucks big time mate
i will help u all i can with any info and data/emails that i have, i hope u get what u want, but if u dont then fk them, just stay on sick for over a year then you will get SPPR for 3 years
if they want to take the pee out of you then theres loads you can do to return it, just be smart about it

Re: IHR
Thanks for the reply my report doesn’t even say I can work again it says after my surgery I may be able to work again but it all depends on how the surgery goes so interpretating that it’s not a definite I will be able to go back or not, OH don’t listen to you I told her I will have to have spinal fusion as my vertebrae is unstable and the rods stay in permanently so I wouldn’t be able to bend anymore, she never put that in the report, health partners side with Royal Mail

Hi .greengiant wrote: ↑22 Aug 2023, 19:20You should do, but I had to chase it up a few times with HR, who then chased it up with area managers. I eventually got it a few months after leaving.Postie303330 wrote: ↑22 Aug 2023, 12:48Does anybody know when leaving on IHR do you get paid all of the holiday that you have currently got banked?
Although I was taxed too much by the tax office though, I'm now due an £800 rebate for what was taken off my PILON and annual leave payment
How did you manage to get your tax back , who do we contact ?
Plus how do we know if we have been taxed too much.
Thanks

Re: IHR
Hi I have finally been given a referral for LTBIH does this mean you definitely leave the business with a lump sum in my case not pension, or does it depend on the answers I give ? for the people who have had one what can I expect?

Re: IHR
It does not necessarily depend on the answers you give, they certainly look at the history of your illness and where you are having problems at the moment, health partners cannot go back into optima record's they have been refused access to those health partners asses you on current issues like asking what medication your on upcoming MRIs/scan's etc,I personally thought they treated me very fairly.
Forget to mention I got mine last week when I went in to sign my paperwork my stupid headless manager told me RM are rushing through IHR due to the fact it's nearing the end of the tax year 4 left my office same day as me.

Re: IHR
Hi can't seem to find how I do a new post. I have a IHR appointment with health partners its my 1st one ans there saying it's 2 hours long ? Is this correct ? And I have heard some very bad reviews on this company, any had experiences with these , I been dealing with optima health over 3 years and my doctors have now said I should retire due to ill health. Any information would be grateful thanks

Re: IHR
Hi I have had 4 appointments with health partners and I found them a lot stricter than optima to the point where I argued with 2 of the people giving me assessments, I thought they don’t listen and they recommend things even though your telling them you can’t do things.but that’s not everyone’s experience just mine , if you want to put up a new post click on mine at the bottom right corner and where it says subject click on it and change the heading, if you want to reply to a message just leave the subject heading as it is hope this helps
