The lump sum and pay increase will be funded by the changes in the agreement. If it’s a no vote none of us really know what will happen next but there will certainly be no immediate pay increase.

Fair comment. We wouldn't expect RM to make all the changes they plan on making either. The financial results are due to be published before the ballot papers being released is significant

My life is very positive. The future of Royal Mail isn’t unfortunately. But I’m sure if we all just wish hard enough and be positive, that will be what turns things around.
