Give each person a set time to collect keys, PDA's and specials so you go up one-by-one

You can only stagger the IPS and parcel sort to a certain extent, it still needs to be done for the first to leave the office.
There are around 50 sets of keys and PDAs in our office, giving each a set time isn't practical.Give each person a set time to collect keys, PDA's and specials so you go up one-by-one
