Do you mean because you have only taken ONE week paid leave (so far) you will not qualify?

Ok, thought that was the reason but as bergos stated there is an option to convert unpaid leave to paid leave.

Royal Mail Sick Pay Policy – Furlough;

I applied three weeks ago and they’re still processing it. I bet they’ve been counting on government to wind down the scheme so they wouldn’t have to pay up (now we know scheme is extended till October).This is disgusting. Will update this thread if something changes.

I applied straight away and within 2 days was accepted. I have now been on furlough since 6th May. This is because my son is shielding.

I think they are topping up the 20% but I won't know until this payday because last Friday was half furlough, half normal work pay. I had already taken a week's annual leave and some unpaid leave, so they converted the unpaid leave to annual leave, so it ended up that I had effectively had 2 weeks of my leave for this year.

I applied 2 weeks ago not heard anything so emailed them to see if they’ve received my application.
Got email back Stating application is currently with our pay team undergoing Stage 2 checks. We'll let you know as soon as we have an update / outcome to share.

There are definitely 100% people that have been furloghed, as far as I'm aware they're "shielding" a partner that's in the "high risk" category.
Dont know about online stuff but the people im aware of have gone above line or shift managers to head of ops to help them with the applications.
