Hi There!
I am completely lost and desperate to find out why my signed and tracked letter from Poland didn’t make it to me...
It was sent on 24th feb as signed and tracked, to the right address as I have proof for that, but it was delivered in 9th March and I cannot find it anywhere in my building. I have two places where letters are left and I don’t believe that postman couldn’t find out number as all the bills and other letters are being left in correct place. Address on letter was also correct as my family sent me a proof of where they post it... it just disappeared and I don’t know where. I called Royal Mail and they are investigating but I am ju scared that they will not find it. I regret asking my family to send it to me as there were precious photographs which I don’t know where are now.
Is there anything else I can do? I know that no one would steal it from the place where our mail is left..

It might be worth going down to the delivery office and politely asking to speak to a manager. If you give them the tracking number they have the tools to be able to see where it was scanned (GPS) and that may help locate it.
