Ordered and paid for track and trace next day delivery on Monday. Item was accept at 12:45pm, a few updates and then last was at 9:12pm(monday) saying it was on its way from Manchester to Northern Ireland. Thursday and still haven't received. Got in contact with royal mail who said it hadn't been posted on time(even states it was) said it should come Wednesday or Thursday. Was no delivery in Northern Ireland yesterday due to holidays.
Any suggestions?
*EDIT* staff member I spoke to also said that the item was beinf shipped rather than via flight.

NY302188837GB is the tracking number. I also ordered stuff over the weekend 2nd class delivery which has managed to come the mainland already.

It failed to arrive on Tuesday so the sender can claim their money back. You should raise a claim with the seller, if it has not arrived in the time the specified it would.

It's updating now. It is probably in Omagh DO waiting for a ready for delivery scan, I would hope that you'd get it today.
