Hi,
I have sent three packages to recipients in the UK from continental Europe and none of them arrived. One was sent on January 19, 2021 and the tracking number is RA636289957QM and the tracking was disable once it arrived into HWDC hands. I have no idea where it is, Royal Mail rep last located in the Customs at Langley and was about to be released for delivery. That was on February 16. It has vanished since that last tracked info and was not delivered as the tracking was disabled by RM. Do you know how can I find my parcel? Inside was a piece of clothing of someone who is no longer with me so it has immense emotional value for me. Can you help me find it? Or at least advice me what to do. Thank you. Helen

Might be a country that RM don't have any agreements with. What country was it sent from, I don't recognise the QM bit, didn't think any country had their country ID as QM
