Does anyone know anyone in Royal Mail who is able to check the "Pay a fee" database for an entry for a particular customer?
I have already tried the Royal Mail helpline and the call handlers there tell me they do not have access.
I am trying to establish if I owe Royal Mail money. I am aware I can pay a fee myself though the RM web site, but that is difficult when the exact amount is not known, as I have received no grey card. There has been significant disruption to my post over the last two months e.g. receiving Christmas cards in February which is the reason why I need to check this database.
Does anyone have contact details....address, telephone or email of a RM employee who does?
Thank you.

We can't help you either, the only other option is to go down to the delivery office and see if they have anything for you there, take ID.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
