Hi. I ordered a parcel from Hongkong. Seller provided tracking number which worked fine until the package reached UK. It now only shows royal mail having been advised of parcel. That was a week ago.
Customer service say the tracking number is not for an international parcel, even tho I have used it for the whole journey.
Tracking number is WL131343184GB
Any help much appreciated!

Yes it says it's Royal Mail tracked 48
What tracking site are you using because the Royal Mail one just say's it's been despatched to us and that's it.
Just a little point which seems to be a normal thing with a lot of Chinese sellers.
The chinese seller sends bulk items/all their items to say a wharehouse over here, then they get said items and re package and then put through Royal Mails system.
I had a small packet the other day which had Royal Mail tracked 48 on it but it took a month to come from China.

Ah that makes sense. I thought tracking would be to my home address. Strange the tracking number worked when it was overseas, when it's not an international tracking number!
But as you say, they may be sending again from a UK warehouse.
I'm happy to wait, just as long as I know what's happening!
