Letter Stuck in Limbo
Hi, hope someone can help. Spoke to RM on the phone and they say the parcels is leaving overseas, same shows on the tracking app, but also the lady said the address in the system is incomplete thus undeliverable. I got a confirmation from the sender that the address is clearly stated on the letter itself hence it should be delivered. I spoke to the Polish post where the item was posted from and their system states it's in Langley. Banging my head no help anywhere. Can anybody help

So it left Poland on Friday evening and is unlikely to have received any level of processing over that weekend. My guess is that it's being held up at customs or just delayed due to covid-19 or the brexit fiasco.
Unless the item is a guaranteed delivery by a certain date I would say it is too early to say it is lost.
