Hi Royal mail.

My parcel WL129025960GB have been delivered to the local courier service on February 24 according to the sender tracking service (and cleared customs) but so far I have not received it and there is no updates on the royal mail tracking.

Can you please assist?

Sender despatching item
That tracking status indicates that a tracking number has been assigned, beyond that there is no indication that it has been passed to Royal Mail. You need to go back to the sender and check they have sent it, or if they can assist.

If no joy there then you need to contact an official Royal Mail site. We are not an Official Site.
