Hello,
I am hoping someone from Royal Mail can inform me where to find a reference number on my post office certificate of posting. I posted a large letter. I am enclosing a picture from this receipt. Many thanks.

1. I've moved this into the Customers section, there are some Post Office staff who can advise on here.
2. There was no attachment so we can't view it.
3. We are not an official site.

However, I don't think there is a reference number for the item on the receipt unless you sent a tracked item (LL NNNN NNNN NGB format) but there is a session ID that might help in any claims. A large Letter won't have a tracking number in of itself, there is a 2d barcode, but as its not a tracked service it may not be scanned.
