2nd Class delivered but no parcel.

Hello all,

I have ordered some items from eBay. The seller has updated a confirmation number. eBay and RM tracking system is showing my parcel Delivered at 11.30AM I have checked at 12 and at 3 PM but nothing in my box I have asked my neighbor and he checked and nothing. To be honest I received all the previous 2nd parcels until now. I have contacted the seller and he said to wait few more days. I'm sure if that because of this confirmation there is nothing to do to get my parcel, because at one point they will say I'm dishonest.

Is there anything I can do?

Can I get some help please? I just want to know what happens from the moment the postman takes the envelope/parcel from DO until he confirms delivery.

Nothing happens from leaving the office to the delivery point of each item.

Without a tracking number the only advice if can give is to check with the local office to see if they get a GPS of the scanning point - take proof of address and identity as well, just in case.

Also, the top post seems to indicate you may think this is an official site manned all the time. Sorry, it isn't its an RM workers discussion forum where some post unofficially and in their own time on a Customers section. We cannot physically help, we can only offer advice.
