Does anyone have any idea of how long these are taking to process at the moment? 30 days since submitting claim are up tomorrow and nothing yet from RM. Is for a delayed Special (one day late) in December.
Thanks as always.

Re: Claim for delayed Special Delivery
For anyone interested, I messaged RM on Twitter and was told that a cheque was posted "before the weekend". Nothing has arrived yet so ironically I'm now waiting for that letter! Fingers crossed it will arrive soon.
Surely must be cheaper in the long run to do BACS payments for cheques?
