Hi everyone, I have a parcel from US through USPS First Class International. USPS tracking says it has arrivded in UK on 5 Jan but since then there has been no further updates. What's concerning me is that when I called Royal Mail today to track it, the bot told me the parcel is leaving UK and I will be further informed once it arrvives at the "destination country". This is weird because this is an INCOMING parcel from US TO UK...should I be concerned?

Below is the info on royal mail website, which not only suggests that the parcel has not arrived in UK yet, but also contradicts with what I was told on the phone, which indicates the parcel is LEAVING UK -

What's the actual tracking number?
A couple of possibilities are a glitch in the system, someone scanned it with their scanner on the wrong option or an issue with customs.
My gut feeling is that it's just stuck in customs.

That scan always means USPS has scanned it and passed it to Customs. They are one of the few postal companies that scan before they hand it over. It isn't going back to the US from what I can see.January 5, 2021, 10:42 am
