Hello!
About a month ago (4 of december) I have sent my passport to home office.
Until this day there is nothing to be heard of, neither the track and trace doesnt update since then (accepted at post office, and that's that)
What should assume happened? I'm a bit stressed considering it's a PASSPORT.

You have used Signed For which is not a tracked service.
At this point the item would be considered lost, you would need to claim in line with https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app ... ims-centre
