Thanks for the amazing work you posties have done over Christmas. Yes its not your individual faults packages were delayed, but we wont go there.....
Anyhow looking to see how to make a claim for a item that's not been delivered and making a claim for loss.
ZR287482953GB - Online claim form is not recognising the tracking number and I cant find a manual P58 (up to date) form to use.
Last tracking entry was that it was due to be delivered on 23/12/2020, that hasnt happened and there is no "back at office" scan.
Any advice please.

Post Offices used to carry paper versions of the P58. Make sure you pick up the correct version (inland, in this case).
But if this is something you ordered online, you should make a claim from the seller not RM.
