Backlog at HWDC?

Hi everyone,

Is there a backlog at the HWDC? I assume there is. USPS tracking says item departed Heathrow 4th December, RM tracking says item leaving overseas.

I’m happy enough to wait, just this is the longest Ive waited for something to get processed, so I’m starting to panic a little bit.

Yes there are huge delays and HWDC is in the tier 4 area for COVID so that will probably delay things even more. Not forgetting the border closure that was put in place, whilst your item won't be directly affected by that, it will no doubt cause collateral delays.

Out of curiosity, did you ever receive it or an update, mine was the same date as you to Thailand and I’ve no idea where mine is either.
