HELLO,
I REALLY HOPE YOU CAN HELP!!
I posted an international Track and Signed large letter from the post office in Preston UK on 11/12/2020.
The destination is Athens, Greece.
It is STILL saying "DISPATCHED TO HEATHROW WORLDWODE DC" on 11/12/2020 and NOTHING since.
Is it likely that its still on its way?
Or more likely lost on the way from the post office to Heathrow?
The tracking number is RN663518169GB
The package only contains Christmas cards and some sentimental photographs included.
I would really appreciate it if anyone has any information or advice.

It's probably caught up in the backlogs that Royal Mail and customs are experiencing. Also just to advise that the 11th was the last posting date for Greece https://www.postoffice.co.uk/last-posting-dates so there is still a fair chance it will get there in time.
It is probably in Heathrow but hasn't yet been scanned because of the volume of mail there, or that it may be waiting for space on an aircraft.

Out of curiosity did you ever receive it? Mine has been saying preparing to leave Langley since 4th Dec. meant to be headed to Thailand and no other updates since.
