No updates on international track and trace parcel

Hi. I have posted 2 parcels from my local post office on the 22nd Nov to the same address in Czech Republic. I have used the track and trace service on both. One of the parcels has already arrived however the other one has gone AWOL. When trying to track the parcel, it informed me that it has gone to Dublin? It then left the overseas international processing centre in Dublin on 26th Nov and since then there have not been any updates, apart from that it is on its way... I understand that due to the current situation and with Christmas coming up, there will be delayes but it's just not knowing what is happening.
There was nothing special/suspicious in the parcel other than some chocs and sweets...
The tracking number is is: RN218542400GB. (I have tried to contact the Royal mail but after 30min on hold I gave up).

Could anybody help please? Thank you

Any advice please?
