Hey all...
I have a parcel that was supposed to be delivered today, unfortunatly it's still at Home counties north mail centre.
I purchased this item a month ago and I'm getting really anxious I won't recieve it.
Can I do anything to help it on it's way? Sorry if that's a silly question
I am afraid there is nothing you can do to help. Covid and Christmas have caused the perfect storm and parcel levels are at the highest level ever, and experienced posties are having to isolate if exposed to covid. Whilst casuals are being used, they will never replace the experienced posties no matter how hard they try.
The last 3 days have seen the highest level ever of tracked items and the last week was nearly as bad.

I guess I'll just have to wait it out like everyone else is it likely that my item will even arrive this side of christmas? Wondering if I should just buy again and choose a different carrier.

We aren't - we are not an official site. We have a customer section on this forum for posties so we can advise and sometimes give insight into what is happening.

If you post a tracking number so we can see the current status we might be able to give an insight, buts that is not guaranteed as we have the same access to tracking as you do yourself. In contrast, official channels have admin privileges and can see more detail.

I have sent some very important documents using International tracked services to India in March 25,2023. On april 1, it shows Home Counties North mc has received it but not has moved forward, I do not want claim or compensation, I only wish to either get it back or delivered safwly. Please help-LB108369956GB
